Patient Tools, Inc. is an independent, privately held corporation based in Littleton, CO.  Since starting operation in 2003, Patient Tools has installed over 500 active locations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge and track record in healthcare delivery.  We are now bringing our expertise to the Chiropractic arena.

Patient Tools was founded by Alan D. Malik, PhD, principal developer of the software and hardware used in the Chiropractic Outcomes system.  Dr. Malik’s 25-year career has focused on systems and knowledge engineering, and developing automation products. What he originally engineered as a simple data collection device (the hand-held survey tablet) has grown into machine-intelligent interviews with real-time case management, as well as practice level performance reporting.
